February 2018 Meeting

Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Rose Bianca, a Senior Investigator for the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, with forty-one years experience. She is also the Identity Crime Program Manager at the Maryland Coordination Analysis Center.

MCAC is comprised of approximately twenty-nine agencies and in combination with the MVA offers a whole host of investigative resources.

SI Bianca will share with attendees "back door" resources that an investigator may not of thought of when conducting thorough investigations, particularly related to fraud detection.
