A federal judge handed down prison terms to Maryland twin brothers, today, in connection with tax-evasion crimes. Judge Deborah K. Chasanow sentenced the two brothers, both of Berlin, to six months in prison each, followed by three years of supervised release — with a special condition of 12 months of home detention as part of their supervised-release term — for tax evasion. Judge Chasanow also ordered the March brothers to each pay restitution of nearly $1.8 million. Source: US Attorney, District of Maryland
