Speaker(s): Thomas M. McDonough Deputy State Prosecutor Mr. McDonough is a career prosecutor with 26 years experience in the Office of the State Prosecutor directing investigations and prosecutions and appeals of public corruption cases, complex multijurisdictional white-collar offenses, election law and campaign finance violations. He has served in that Office from 1984, when he was the first assistant appointed by State Prosecutor Stephen Montanarelli.

Chapter Roundtable Discussion The roundtable will be led by our own John E. Grimes III, CFE on the topic of Investigating Conflicts of Interest. John will highlight recent fraud trends, best practices, audit tools, and prevention and detection tips. This will be an interactive session and will solicit input from attendees on this timely topic. Your participation will help fellow participants learn how to prevent and detect this fraud in diverse business settings.
